Restaurant 101’s Ube Mont Blanc is one of Inquirer Lifestyle’s Best Dessert

Last February 6, Restaurant 101’s Ube Mont Blanc was awarded “Best Dessert” by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) during the launch of the Inquirer Best Dessert Book 3 at the SMX Convention Center in SM Aura, Taguig.
The launch was attended by over 400 guests, who enjoyed samplings of some of the best desserts in the Philippines. Restaurant 101’s Ube Mont Blanc samples were a hit among the guests, as the samples were finished even before the event’s conclusion. Restaurant 101’s Ube Mont Blanc was originally created by Enderun alumni, Chef John Arevalo, who is now based in Hong Kong.
