Restaurant 101, Enderun Colleges’ application restaurant, held Wine Night on July 21, Thursday to celebrate the launch of its new menu.

The new menu was crafted by Justin Baradas, Chef de Cuisine of Restaurant 101.  “The dishes were inspired by Asian cuisine,” Baradas said when asked about his current lineup for the restaurant. He said that they were a combination of several dishes from around Southeast Asia.
Guests at the event were served a full-course meal: Salted egg tortellini, porcini consommé, crispy skin red snapper, roasted beef short rib, and soy milk crème brulee.
There were over thirty attendees to the menu launch, among them were notable bloggers and media personalities.
Restaurant 101 changes their a la carte menu every three months, and their tasting menu every two months.
