San Beda Alabang Men’s Futsal forfeits to Enderun

Sunday, March  5 was not San Beda Alabang’s day. First of all, their Men’s Futsal team showed up with only four players and no goal keeper. They played three on court against Enderun’s four.

One of the players tried to sub for goalie, but mostly just watched the Titan balls hit the back net!  One Titan goal attempt hit him in the knees.

The Bedans were totally scoreless into the 10th minute of the first half when one player sprained an ankle and retired to the bench. A minute or so later, a second Bedan hit the bench with a similar sprain and the referee called ‘Force Majeur.’  Only one player left to face our four more experienced futsal players.

Thus, at the middle of the first half,  the Titans were proclaimed victorious by forfeit 12 – 0, with Roberto Orlandez Jr, Jeremy Theuer and Russel Pierson kicking in goal after goal. Brian Bernardo got bored with so few attempts at his net, but he picked up a lot of misses.
