Enderun Colleges Gains Two New Industry Partners

Enderun Colleges adds two new Industry Partners under its belt—Noma and Osteria Francescana.

Noma, a two Michelin-starred restaurant and hailed as the Best Restaurant in the World for five years, is run by chef René Redzepi in Copenhagen, Denmark. Noma serves a “refreshing” version of Nordic cuisine and sources ingredients from nearby forests and shores.

Noma has been the World's Best Restaurant for fire years-- in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, and 2015.
