Boardroom

Business leaders say the youth are next in line.

When is the best time to train them to be the leaders of the industries they will eventually join and run?

The answer is a resounding NOW!

Dr. Jun Salipsip designed a simulation game for students to learn business decision-making. It allows students to experiment on various decisions and get feedback regarding one’s relative level of success.

Dubbed as the Boardroom, this game is a realistic laboratory in which business procedures and tactics are studied outside the classroom setting. It is multidisciplinary, and challenges the players in theories and concepts derived from Accounting, Finance, and Human Resource Management. The game helps one to understand complex global challenges and trends.

Aside from incentives in the Strategic Management & Leadership class, a cash prize awaits the winning team.

This competition is organized by the Leadership Program under the guidance of Ms. Marivic Ignacio and Mr. Ray Estrada.

It will be held on March 11 and 18, 2017, Saturdays, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Some BA classrooms will be assigned as breakout rooms for the competition.

The competition is open to all Enderun juniors and seniors who are presently taking, or have previously taken Strategic Management & Leadership class. They should form groups of 4 to 5 members.

Faculty and staff are invited to observe.Boardroom
