Miami Beach Property Comes to Enderun To Recruit Students

HA202 was packed with students and alumni who are excited to hear about the career opportunities waiting for them at The Palms Hotel and Spa in Miami Beach. Raul Hernandez, Recruitment and Training Specialist of The Palms Resort and Spa in Miami Beach visited Enderun Colleges yesterday for a recruitment activity.

“It’s my first time to recruit in the Philippines and, I am hoping to find people who can be part of our family, specifically in the areas of F&B, Front Desk, Sales and Marketing, and Culinary,” Mr. Hernandez said.

Enderun alumni were interviewed for possible employment. “I had a very good impression of Enderun students. They are hospitable and genuinely interested in the industry by learning the essentials of how things really work,” Mr. Hernandez added.

The Palms Hotel is located just minutes from the heart of South Beach on Miami, Florida. It was named as such because the hotel features all varieties of palm trees in their property. Aside from palm trees, they are also famous for its organic farm at the back of the hotel, and ‘Go Green’ campaign.  The Palms Hotel is one of the few properties who has a Key Eco-Rating Program, a rating system designed to recognize hotels, motels, and resorts that are committed to improving environmental and fiscal performance.

Go Green: The Palms Hotel is an advocate of the environment. As part of their campaign to spread awareness to its guests, they hand out card seeds that they can plant at home.
