In the face of global poverty, inequality, and climactic devastation, Enderun pledges to fulfill the Sustainable Development Goals.

Succeeding the eight  Millennium Development Goals set in 2000, the United Nations adopted the 15-year Sustainable Development Goals on September 15, 2015. The seventeen goals are targeted to be attained by the end of 2030.

Enderun is a known advocate of SDGs. The college spearheaded the 2017 Youth SDG Summit held last February at The Tent. Alongside the Department of Saemaul Studies and Economic Development (DSSED), ENACT, its co-curricular student organization, takes responsibility  for maintaining awareness of the SDGs in the Enderun community.

Last September 27, ENACT members decorated the BA Lounge with the SDG banner, “Leave No One Behind,” and box posters bearing each of the 17 sustainable goals. Prof. Erwin Lizarondo, Department Head of DSSED gave a brief primer on the Sustainable Development Goals and how these goals impact on society today.
