How to Reboot Your Food Business During COVID-19
Enderun Colleges, in partnership with FoodSHAP, which is recognized by the DOH and accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), will be hosting the second installment of its online webinar learning series. The seminar, “Food Safety, Hygiene & Sanitation: Rebooting Your Food Business During COVID-19” will be held on April 14, 2020, 3pm to 5pm via Big Marker.
The webinar will discuss the precautionary standards and essential food safety approaches for food service industries in the context of the latest protocols and advisories from authorities. Centralizing on food business readiness during pandemics, the webinar is suited for food handlers, food suppliers, food delivery operators, small to medium-sized restaurants, locally packaged meal providers, and caterers who have decided to continue their operations throughout the duration of the enhanced community quarantine.
