AIESEC Enderun
With the commencement of the new school year, AIESEC Enderun has re-launched itself with a better outlook, a great team, and a new vision for fun. Its commitment to work hand in hand with students towards creating a positive impact in society is stronger and their goals more attainable with this year’s batch of fresh faces.
AIESEC is an international organization present in 120 countries with the mission to develop its members’ leadership potential in order to make a positive change in society. This year, AIESEC Enderun has become a specialized unit under AIESEC UP Diliman, consequently providing AIESEC Enderun with a wider network, a lighter workload, and enjoyable projects. AIESEC Enderun’s partnership with AIESEC UPD will help AIESEC Enderun work towards building
its independence and earning accreditation as an organization.
The organization aims to provide peace and fulfillment to the human individual by activating leadership and instilling in members the value of enjoying participation. Engaging in AIESEC’s National Conferences, International Internships, or volunteering in its Global Community Development Program – to name a few, are some examples of this.All AIESEC Enderun’s activities and programs are meant to help its members recognize their leadership potential with the aim of utilizing their skills even after their departure from AIESEC.
With its month-long application process, each member is able to grow in his or her desire to be part of the organization as well as be able to build camaraderie with fellow members. AIESEC Enderun’s recruitment cycle consists of the Orientation, Integrated Learning Activities such as workshops, seminars, and the member selection interview. Once a student completes all four, he or she is then equipped with the skills needed to play an active part in AIESEC Enderun’s Local Committee. The Local Committee consists of several departments such as Eternal Relations, Communications, Global Internship: Incoming Exchange & Outgoing Exchange, and more. The variety of the tasks done in each of the committees allows members to enhance and apply their leadership and business skills, proving that AIESEC is much more than a “leadership org.”
AIESEC Enderun has improved through the years and developed for itself new strategies in equipping its members with the skills to make a difference in society. To slay the common misconception of the organization, AIESEC Enderun has committed to providing fun training sessions, that are not only entertaining, but allow members to generate solutions for the community’s sustainability. AIESEC Enderun has truly shown its resilience over the years. Its growth and development has undergone radical changesthroughout its existence, leaving the Enderun students of today with an enhanced organization that provides greater opportunities for every Enderun student willing to go the extra mile.
