Enderun Students Prepare to Get Lucky
March 17th dates the observance of St. Patrick’s Day. What had started out as a feast day for the patron saint of Ireland is now a global phenomenon celebrating Irish culture, dancing, singing, and an influx of food and drink, not to mention the bright shades of green splashed everywhere!
Enderun Colleges now gives you a chance to take part in this Irish celebration within the campus! You need not to go all the way to Ireland to catch that “get-lucky” feeling or enjoy the festivities with sumptuous food & beverage .
Clear your calendars for March 14, 2014 as McKinley’s Pub presents the “BEST OPEN MIC EVER.” Located at the Cafeteria, CA Building 3rd Floor, it will be a night of food, drink & song – featuring both students and faculty of Enderun.
“The event is all about raising money for the Batayan Back To Sea Project, a foundation that aids the fishermen of Bantayan Island (located in the northern part of Cebu) who were affected by typhoon Yolanda. This project’s goal is to get the fishermen’s livelihood back in order to sustain their families’ needs. All of this wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for our amazing sponsors such as: Moonshine, Tipsy Pig Gastropub, Locale Gastrobar, SF Bistro, ZMG Wardhowell, EJMA, and Enderun Ink,” says Michael McDermott and Regina Zulueta, two of the student organizers. “So don’t miss out this coming Friday as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Enderun Style in the Cafeteria!
