Last September 19, students of the leadership program attended the Innovation Marketplace held at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The president of Enderun Colleges and member of the ADB community, Dean Edgardo Rodriguez, volunteered the students to set up the presentations and bulletin boards needed by the speakers, and witness world wide leaders discussing important issues about education.

This was the 6th International Skills Forum in ADB, focusing on innovative practices in skills development. The three-day event provides a forum for ADB policy makers, practitioners, and experts to increase their knowledge about different effective and relevant education and training systems.

Fifteen stations were provided where speakers discussed their plans and projects. At the station for Enderun Colleges, Dean Ed, supported by Ms. Bel Castro, an Enderun alumna discussed the potential opportunities offered to the students by following its international curricula enhanced by Les Roches International School of Hospitality Management, Switzerland and Alain Ducasse Education, France.

“Our two partner institutes share with us a common vision of developing among chefs-to-be the passion and competence to meet the needs of a global industry. To achieve this vision, Enderun, Les Roches and Alain Ducasse  work together to deliver a comprehensive cooking program, one that offers practical cutting-edge culinary principles, while maintaining a cultural exchange of ideas and resources,” said Dean Ed.
